What is Veille Email?+
Veille Email connects to your Outlook mailbox and, every morning, reads your recent emails, sorts them by priority (urgent, to reply, info) and prepares AI reply drafts. You get a daily report and find everything in your feed.

Get started

How do I connect my mailbox?+
From the Sources page, click “Connect Outlook”. You also choose the time and days of your report. You’re redirected to Microsoft to authorize access, then brought back to the app.
When will I get my first report?+
At the next slot you chose (default 7am, Monday to Friday, Paris time). Sorting covers your recent emails: the first results appear on the first run.
How do I change the report time or days?+
In Settings → “Daily report”: choose the time and days, then “Save”. The change applies to all your connected mailboxes.

Sorting & drafts

How do reply drafts work?+
On an email to reply to, click “Generate a draft”. The AI (Claude) suggests a reply you can adjust. With “Put in my mailbox”, the draft is created in your mailbox, replying to the original thread — you review and send.
An email is misclassified, what do I do?+
Open the email and pick another category. You can apply it to this email only, or create a rule (sender, domain or keyword) for future ones. Your rules are managed in Rules.

Data & privacy

Is my data safe?+
Veille Email reads your recent emails only to sort them and prepare drafts. Each account is isolated. We don’t sell your data and don’t access it for advertising.
How do I export my data?+
In Settings → “Data & privacy” → “Export my data (JSON)”. You get a file with your profile, mailboxes, rules, items, reports and subscription.
How do I delete my account?+
In Settings → “Delete my account”. Deletion permanently erases all your data and revokes access to your mailboxes. This action is irreversible.

Subscription

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+
In Settings → “Subscription” → “Manage my subscription”: open the secure portal to update payment or cancel. Cancellation stays effective until the end of the paid period.
